2. Scope of Services

2.1 Remote Witnessing Service

Our core offering is remote witnessing of signatures. This service allows individuals to have their documents witnessed from a distance via secure video link. Scheduling can be managed on our platform.

2.2 Information Products

We offer digital guides and tutorials related to document execution and witnessing procedures. These materials are delivered immediately after access is granted.

2.3 Goods

Physical items such as witness kits or stationery may be purchased and delivered to the address provided at checkout.

3. Ordering and Fees

To request any service, information product, or good, you must submit an order through our site. All fees are listed on signwitness.online. Payment is processed at the time of order.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Remote Witnessing Service

Appointments may be rescheduled without additional charge up to 24 hours before the session. Once a witness session has begun, it is not eligible for a refund due to the time and resources allocated. Please ensure you select a suitable schedule.

4.2 Information Products

Digital materials are eligible for refund within 48 hours of purchase provided they have not been fully accessed or downloaded. After this period or once access is exercised, no refund is available.

4.3 Goods

Physical products may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Customers are responsible for shipment costs for sending items back. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, products, or features at any time. Notice of material changes will be posted on signwitness.online.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, signwitness is not liable for indirect or incidental issues arising from use of our services.
